Have you ever thought of what your own personal Utopia would look like? At some point or another everyone says, “I wish the world” was “safer, less polluted, fairer, less corrupt” etc.

We all have our own ideas about what makes for a great society, but very few people have the knowledge, the resources, and the will to make a new society possible. Still, if you could create your own Utopia, what would it look like? In many respects, this might be considered an interesting thought experiment or it could also be viewed as a total waste of time. My mission is to convince you that it's not a waste of time. That it’s possible.

In the articles that will follow I will outline my own version of a utopia, Cognitopia. You may agree with some of my ideas and disagree with others, but simply considering each topic and your thoughts on what would work and what would not will help you to hone your own value system and your attitude toward a society in general. I started doing this six years ago, right after the 2016 election — it gave me solace.
